Good experience there. Fairly clean place with beautiful view of the cathedral and Italian food.

The staff at the dining area and the front desk were excellent, and they made us feel very welcome. The room itself was spacious and clean, with ample space for our luggage. The pool area was also fantastic, with two pools that were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the late evenings. This hotel is definitely family-oriented, as there were lots of kids playing in the pools on the weekend. Although there were some communication barriers, the staff tried their best to help us even with our limited Spanish. We were also delighted to meet the owner, who was absolutely delightful and added a personal touch to our stay. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.

Staff was helpful!,relative to providing tourist information and services.
Location,it was to far removed from the historic downtown, but what can we do,that's growth and urbanization for you. Also, the staff could have been more attentive and friendlier!

The food at the restaurant is very good.
It really needs maintanence...paint and an upkeep. It's looking old and ratty. The price is good if it would've been what I initially thought, but it was actually expensive for what it was.

The breakfast was delicious at 7:15am and all the food was good. The room was beautifully maintained and the amenities included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was right by an alley of parked cars, and other places of interest.
The setting was terrible.

We had a fine stay for a wedding.
There were a safe box, multi-channel TV and a writing table in the room, really enjoyed that. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was reasonably spacious. The staff was efficient, very amiable, and responded promptly to requests. The location was amazing - not far from the common areas, and Mexico. We stopped by Golconda restaurante & cafe for coffee and treats, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the pool. The staff provided excellent service, quickly fixing any issues that arose. The next morning, everything was fine and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, although service was a bit slow.
The Wi-Fi reception in the rooms was poor and there were some issues with the Wi-Fi in the common areas.

The rooms were stylish and spotlessly clean in general, with balcony. A safe, multi-channel TV and a writing desk were perfect.

We got an a double room which was tastefully decorated. It had good facilities in the bathroom: a shower, hairdryers and terry cloth robes.

The hotel had great facilities with two pools that were warm and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful despite language barriers. The breakfast was delicious with both buffet and menu options. We found the location to be calm and quiet, away from the bustle of the city but still easily accessible by car.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The staff here is very attentive and polite, providing excellent service. The rooms are cozy and clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, allowing for a relaxing stay.
